Whilst a lot of my work is process, operations and implementing strategy which is hard to see with the naked eye, the other side of my work is production management. Here is a selection of my production work.
The PRoduction
The production task for this project was multifaceted, to say the least. Scope and engage the best talent and production partners to create a 'Sky' level of entertainment whilst breaking into new territories of experience; A four dimensional virtual reality experience.
This production required stakeholder management and education to internal creative teams on how to create, write for, build and execute a 4D VR experience.

Managing the production lifecycle of the R/GA Nike team.
As Team Nike, we could be tasked with anything from initiating and building Cristiano Ronaldo's Snapchat channel, creative development and execution of Kevin Hart's 'Move With Hart' campaign, user experience and creative design of Jordan 25 year anniversary website or building a unique wholesale creative campaign 'Remember the Name' for Footlocker UK.

Managing a team of producers, creatives and designers we created and designed online content for multiple UBS channels, including online and social. Working with and managing content from UBS Wealth Management, Annie Leibovitz, Nobel Laureates, Ambassador David Coulthard and more we developed engaging experiences whilst also working within the Adobe Experience Manager limitations.

The Production
Managing an extensive list of stakeholders, shaping and creating a Google platform for small business learning. This project needed to adhere to multiple regional challenges as well as being an immersive and fun experience for the user; and all being built to Google Brand Design.

The Production
This was an agile product development for Google. Running a tight team of 20+ developers, designers and producers. We defined in sprints the approach and development for 2 x live cases; one for Google map technology and one to access your photos. This development needed to extend to future case sizes and designs. For this project I worked very closely with the creative technologist to meet deadlines and ensure all was built to Google framework.

The Production
This production required researching and finding compatible heart rate monitors that would be able to output the data needed to analyse who gave more heart, in realtime. This was before the accurate realtime wearables that we have today.
Coordination of film teams to be in locations in one weekend; 4 x pubs, 2 x stadiums, 1 x event in Johannesburg. We also needed to get all this film content back and edited in time to release and be relevant on social and arrange club (Manchester City, Arsenal, Tottenham, Liverpool ) cut downs for their own social channels.

THE PRODUCTION
From pilot prototyping to full live gameshow broadcast. We developed a play along game that allowed players to play the exact same questions as live contestants exactly at the same time as the contestants on the live show. A first of its kind that required legal approval to be the first show with zero delay. The legal approval was needed because we needed to prove that no one could somehow cheat and get answers to the live contestants (no coughing cues etc). There was £1,000,000 at stake!
